So where does your money come from? Money doesn’t grow on trees as my grandmother use to tell me growing up as a kid. The money is in other people’s pockets. They are the ones with all the money you EVER wish to hopefully have in life.
If people don’t like working with you, they stay away from you. As a result, so does the money. Products and services don’t always make people happy. It’s the feeling they get when using products and services. If you have clients it’s the relationship you have with them making them happy about working with you. How they feel is more important than products itself.
People are not loyal to products, however they can become loyal to people. People like doing business with who they know, like, and trust. If they don’t like you, they will do business elsewhere. Most of the products and services you use are because of the people behind them.
You are not loyal to things with no attachment of a person being involved with them. Are you totally loyal to French fries? I don’t think so. If somewhere else is cheaper for the price you will go there for the cheaper fries because there is no relationship between you and French fries.
